Instructions:
- Trace the 3" circle on the top front and back of two cards, to make a 1" scallop edge.
- Cut two 4" light blue circles, glue the backs together and write your message along the edge of one side. Ink the edges.
- Place the circle centered on the inside front of the first card, so the message shows above the scallop edge. Insert a brad in the center of the circle and go through the card, then bend the prongs at the card back.
- Glue the two cards together to form three panels. Cover the panels with paper and decorate the front with rectangles from the border paper, flowers, brads and ribbons, as shown.
