- Cut a 6"x4" rectangle of the green dot paper and ink the edges. Cut a 4"x3" photo, ink the edges and glue to the dot paper. Wrap the rectangle with brown swirl ribbon, overlapping the left edge of the photo.
- Cover some of the chipboard letters with blue floral paper, and leave some blank but add pen stitching around the edges. Attach the letters over the ribbon. Secure sheer flowers above the letters and a bow below the letters, as shown.
- For the second page: Cut a 6"x4" rectangle of the blue floral paper. Cut a 1½" strip of striped paper, adhere to the right edge and ink the edges. Trim the photo, ink the edges and attach to the rectangle.
- Layer a transparency over the rectangle and use a clip to secure. Print "little angel" on a tag, add a flower with a brad and secure in the lower right corner of the transparency.
