Instructions:
- For the card front: Open the card and score it 3¼" and 6½" from the right end. Fold the right end in, then the left end over it, making a tri-fold card. Trim the excess off the right front edge. Cover the front with Earth’s Palette mauve floral paper and ink the edges purple. Cut a ¼"x6½" silver linen paper and mat the long edges on Earth’s Palette purple plaid paper with ?" borders. Ink the edges purple, then mat the long right edge on Earth’s Palette teal glimmer paper with a ¼" border. Trim with the scallop-edged scissors, then glue to the front, ?" from the left edge.
- Stamp the houndstooth frame in brown on Earth’s Palette teal woven paper and cut out. Mat on Earth’s Palette teal glimmer paper with 1/32" borders. Stamp “it's your day” in purple, placed as shown. Glue to the front ¾" from the upper edge. Glue a paper flower to the frame at the lower left. Place 5mm pearls on the border and 3mm pearls around the inner edge of the frame, all ?" apart.
- Print “Mom” in brown on Earth’s Palette teal woven paper, then punch it into the smallest tag. Ink the edges purple and mat on Earth’s Palette teal glimmer paper with 1/32" borders. Glue as shown. Punch and emboss two medium butterflies from Earth’s Palette teal glimmer paper and two small butterflies from Earth’s Palette purple plaid paper. Glue a small butterfly on each large butterfly, then glue to the front as shown.
- For the inside: Cut Earth’s Palette teal woven paper to cover the center panel, ink the edges purple, and glue. Cut a ?"x6½" silver linen paper and mat the long edges on Earth’s Palette teal glimmer paper with ¼" borders. Scallop the borders and glue to the center panel, ¼" from the left edge.
- On the outer edge of the third panel, measure 1½" up from the bottom and cut from that point up to the fold, creating the angled pocket edge. Cover the pocket front with Earth’s Palette purple plaid paper and ink the edges purple. Mat the angled edge on Earth’s palette teal glimmer paper and scallop it. Cut a ?"x6½" silver linen paper and glue it on the pocket, ?" from the angled edge. Trim the excess. Glue the pocket in place along the bottom and left edges.
- Print “Happy Mother's Day” on Earth’s Palette teal woven paper, 1¾" wide. Stamp the heart frame around the sentiment, then cut it out. Ink the edges purple and mat on Earth’s Palette teal glimmer paper with 1/32" borders. Glue to the pocket as shown. Create two more embossed butterflies and glue as shown. Punch a small tag from Earth’s Palette purple flowers paper and stamp “with love” on it. Mat on teal glimmer paper with 1/32" borders, then glue to the heart as shown. Knot the ribbon and glue to the tag, then place a 5mm pearl over it. Place 3mm pearls in stamped flowers as shown.
