Instructions:
- Cut a 2"x4 5/8" piece of the pink/teal/brown floral paper, a 3"x2¼" piece of the teal/brown flowers, and a ¾"x5½" piece of the pink/brown striped paper. Ink all the edges. Place the teal/brown flowers piece on the floral piece, then place the striped piece over both, all positioned as shown. Glue them together, but not to the envelope.
- Cut out the "Happy Birthday" label, the tan/stripes tag, and the "2" and "U" from the sheets of art and alphabet tiles. Glue the birthday label on the teal flowers piece, slightly overlapping the striped piece.
- Glue the tan tag on the left end of the label, then glue the alphabet tiles to it. Add a pink brad to each end of the label, then wrap a 2" length of the brown sheer swirls ribbon around the left brad; push firmly on the brad to secure the ribbon. Glue the constructed piece to the envelope front.
