- Ink the edges of the dot background papers. Mat a photo with ivory paper, trim to 1/16" and ink the edges. Mat again onto lace paper, trim to ¼", ink the edges and adhere to the background paper.
- Adhere the "with this ring I thee wed" border with foam tape to the top of the page. Attach a brown brad at each end.
- Ink the edges of the tag, art pieces, and ribbon fragments. Wrap the "forever" fragment around the heart clip and glue the edge to the back. Cut a small slit into the top of the ribbon on the tag; tuck the heart clip into the slit and tape to the back. Arrange the art pieces in the lower left corner, as shown.
- Adhere the "husband & wife" fragment below the photo with foam tape. Write the names below that.
