- Open the pinwheel, with the inside facing down. Apply glue stick to the back and the 2 half circle flaps. Turn over, fold in remaining flaps, and adhere the glued portions to the back of the striped paper, aligning the pinwheel edge with the paper edge. Cut the paper even with the pinwheel sides.
- Apply glue stick to the remaining flaps and cover with Marriage Words paper and trim. Place a cd inside and fold. Tie a small bow and use a glue dot to adhere the bow and tag to the center of the pinwheel.
