Designer's Tip: The die-cuts in the Honeysuckle Artful Card Kit work so well with these types of cards—there are plenty of sizes and shapes to choose from. I also like the layered look of the different die-cuts when the card is closed.
- For the Front: Use the paper patterns from the package insert to cut the exact shapes to fit your card. To do this, cut out the patterns, trace them with pencil on your chosen paper, then cut out and glue to their corresponding blank panels. Assemble the die cut card by folding along the score lines to look like the shutter card on the package.
- Open the assembled card flat. For the left panel, cover both sections with black floral. For the middle section, cover the top and bottom with pink and the middle with black floral. For the right section, cover both sections with neon green.
- Close the card. Stamp "There is no greater comfort…" onto the oval die-cut from the Artful Card Kit. Glue centered to the front. Glue a black burlap butterfly to the top left corner and a small burlap blossom to the bottom right corner. Glue a metallic pink bow just above the flower.
- Inside: Cut off the left side swirls of the pink/black swirl die-cut. Stamp "Thinking of You" in the center and glue to the center panel. Glue a burlap blossom to the upper right corner. On the back panel: Glue two red swirls in a vertical arrangement as shown. Stamp "Take Care" and a small heart on a small black die-cut tag and tie a bit of black/pink stitch ribbon in the top. Glue centered on the right side as shown. Glue a burlap blossom to the bottom as shown.
