Sunny Days Gift Box

Instructions:

  1. Cover the box sides, alternating blue and yellow circle papers. Cover the left top flap only with striped paper. Use the knife to re-cut the slit in the flap.
  2. While box is still unassembled, stamp “Sunny Days” across the top front, sides and back. Stamp a sun to the back of the box. Apply brown ink to the box edges and flap. Assemble the box.
  3. Punch a scallop circle from white cardstock and stamp a sun at the center. Use the cotton swab to apply brown ink to the scallop edges. Use pencils to color the eyes blue, mouth orange, surface yellow and rays orange and yellow. Foam tape to the front of the box.
  4. Tie a bow with orange ribbon and glue to the handle. Glue sun circle cut outs to the box left and right sides.

  • Sun small stamps
  • Sara’s Surfaces Take Out Box
  • McGill 2 7/8” scallop punch
  • 4 Seasons 8x8 Papers
  • Brown inkpad
  • Acrylic block
  • Foam tape
  • X-acto knife
  • Orange Stitched Ribbon
  • Colored pencils: blue, yellow and orange
  • White cardstock
  • Cotton swab
