Tip: Create a wire gift tag hanger for your gift tag. This would also make a great hanger for a glass Christmas Ornament.

Instructions:

  1. Ink the edges of a 6 ¾” x 4” rectangle of blue swirl paper. Mat with pink dot paper, leaving a ¼” wide border. Glue to the center front of the gift bag. Secure a pink brad to the center of a round flower cut-out and foam tape to the bottom right corner.
  2. 2. Use the Wind It tool and pink wire to wind only ½ of a pattern to make a small embellishment. Secure the wire swirl under the flower cut-out by using foam tape over the swirl end and placing it under the flower. Glue 1”- ¾” sheer white dot ribbon to extend from under the flower as well. Cut out small flowers from the remaining blue paper and foam tape among the printed swirls.
  3. 3. Tag: Create a full size pink wire swirl shape and hang from the bag handle. Punch a pink dot fancy square, ink the edges brown and stamp with “Happy Birthday.” Foam tape to the center of a brown tag. Glue a knotted length of sheer ribbon to the square punch. Hang the tag from the wire hanger.
