- Place the card fold at the left. Cover the card front with green/pink dot paper. Ink the long edges of a 1 ¾” x 6 ½” strip of striped paper and glue down the center of the card.
- Mat a 3 ½” x 4 ½” striped rectangle with purple patterned paper, leaving a ¼” wide border. Glue to the card center. Glue a 3 2/4” dark pink tag from the top of the striped rectangle.
- Line the center of a large heart with purple paper and glue to the tag, near the top. Use a pen to write “You” at the bottom of the tag. Line a tiny heart with purple and glue at the top of the tag to “anchor” it.
- Line 2 small hearts with purple and glue at the center of the top and bottom of the strip. Adhere 3 medium hearts in a row below the tag.
