Designer Tip: When stamping on suede, the image will be a bit softer than stamping on paper. When stamping on foil, the surface is a bit slicker. Use the rock-a-blocks with gentle, even pressure. For best results, use StazOn ink when stamping on suede or foil.
Instructions:
- With the fold at the left, cover the card front with aqua stripe foil. Mat a 2 ¼” blue tapestry foil square on red suede. Stamp the round “Homemade” label image centered on the blue foil square. Let dry, then punch a 1 11/16” red suede circle and glue it over the center of the stamped image. Glue centered to the card front, ¾” from the top. Stamp the cookie jar image centered on the red suede circle.
- Mat a 5” x 1” blue tapestry foil rectangle and mat on red suede. Glue across the card front, ¾” from the bottom. Stamp the border onto red suede, then trim to ¼” wide. Glue across the center of the blue tapestry foil rectangle. Punch a ¾” red suede circle and stamp an open heart image on the center. Glue the circle centered on the silver great big brad. Add the brad to the center of the blue flower and Zot over the blue foil strip as shown. Cut a 1 ½” x ¾” white rectangle, trim the ends for a tag shape, and computer print “let’s get together” on it. Mat on red suede and glue near the flower.
- Inside the card: Punch a 1 11/16” white cardstock circle and write or computer print a message on it for the inside. Stamp a small heart at the bottom. Stamp the round “Homemade” label image centered on a 2 1/4” red suede square and glue centered to a 3” blue tapestry foil square. Glue the white circle centered over the stamped image on the red suede. Glue centered to the inside, 11/2” from the top.
