- Mat two photos on orange paper, then glue to a 10 ¼”x7 ¼” blue rectangle, leaving space between the photos. Mat on white, leaving a thin border. Glue ribbon and rick-rack acriss the bottom of the blue mat, wrapping the ends around the mat and securing with tape.
- Attach felt in the center between the photos, embellishing with brads. Add matted photo to the top portion of the background paper.
- Cut out separate pieces of the orange felt ribbon and glue to the rick-rack ribbon to embellish.
- Mat journaling on orange paper and place at the bottom of the page. Add a blue and orange layered flower cluster on the left and a yellow bracket to the right. Add a blue brad to the bracket, and three small green brads to the journaling.
