Bird Charm Necklace

Instructions:

  1. Background: Place metal tags on a covered work surface. Inject a small amount of blending solution onto the pad on the applicator. Inject espresso and pesto and pounce onto the large circle and square. Add a small amount of raisin and let dry. Repeat on the opposite side. Apply espresso and raisin to remaining pieces. Add a small amount of pesto and let dry.
  2. Use the StazOn ink to stamp the birdhouse onto the large circle tag. Use the largest stamp with the 2 birds in the nest and stamp portions of it onto the square, rectangle and medium circle. Stamp a small single bird onto the tiny tag. Let the ink dry.
  3. Use pliers to open jump rings and attach to the chain. Balance is important when making a charm necklace, so make sure you have spaced out the heavier pieces.
  4. Apply alcohol inks to the charms as well. Use ribbon to tie them between the tags and trim the tails to 1/2” long.

  • 18” chain necklace
  • Flat tag mix
  • Sweet Tweets acrylic stamps
  • Acrylic block
  • Jet black StazOn inkpad
  • Charms: bird, fleur and heart
  • Swirl Organdy Ribbon set
  • Espresso, Raisin and Pesto Alcohol Inks
  • Applicator and pad
  • Blending solution
  • Pliers
