- Paint the outside of the envelope red, and let it dry completely. When dry, line the inside of the envelope with black glimmer paper.
- Cover the front of the envelope and the top and bottom flap on the back with one piece of magic mesh. Trim the edges.
- Cut a 2 3/4"x 3 3/4" piece of white paper, paint the edges red and then mat on black glimmer paper. Attach mask and “take two” Brad Buddies™ to the mat and add a small bow of gingham ribbon attached with a Zot™. Adhere the mat to the face of the envelope with foam tape.
- Add a star Brad Buddy™ to the large flap on the back.
