- Cover the top and bottom flap with striped paper. Cover the side flaps with pink diamond paper and trim even with the envelope.
- Adhere a velcro square to the inside of the top flap and the envelope front, to create a closure. Write on a punch-out tag and secure to the flap with a glue dot. Tie a green bow and secure to the top of the tag. Attach the flower to the bottom of the envelope with a brad.
- Tag book: Trace four tags onto white cardstock and cut out. Cover two tags with lime green paper and two with yellow paper. Trim the paper even with the tags.
- Print coupons for fun activities on white cardstock and mat with black glimmer paper. Decorate the tags with strips of inked white paper, brads and punch-outs. Punch holes on the top of each brad and secure together with a large flower and brad on top. Place tags in the decorated envelope.
