  1. Cover the top and bottom flap with striped paper. Cover the side flaps with pink diamond paper and trim even with the envelope.
  2. Adhere a velcro square to the inside of the top flap and the envelope front, to create a closure. Write on a punch-out tag and secure to the flap with a glue dot. Tie a green bow and secure to the top of the tag. Attach the flower to the bottom of the envelope with a brad.
  3. Tag book: Trace four tags onto white cardstock and cut out. Cover two tags with lime green paper and two with yellow paper. Trim the paper even with the tags.
  4. Print coupons for fun activities on white cardstock and mat with black glimmer paper. Decorate the tags with strips of inked white paper, brads and punch-outs. Punch holes on the top of each brad and secure together with a large flower and brad on top. Place tags in the decorated envelope.
