Instructions
- For the card front: Turn the card with the fold on the left. Cut 4"x4" light blue cardstock and follow the iris-folding template directions to trace and cut the snowflake and to secure the cardstock to the template. Follow the template directions to cut the strips for the snowflake, using Christmas Lace blue snowflakes paper for “a,” blue doily paper for “b,” and blue dotted paper for “c.” As you place the papers on the pattern, secure the ends with clear tape.
- When finished, remove the cardstock carefully and discard the stencil tape. Trim any excess strips and tape along the cardstock edges. Mat on dark blue cardstock with 1/16" borders, then on gold paper with 1/16" borders. Cut 4¾"x6¼" Christmas Lace blue snowflakes paper and glue the folded snowflake ¼" from the top. Place Dazzles™ wide lace border across the bottom of the snowflake, then glue ribbon across as shown, gluing the ends to the back. Glue the paper centered on the card front.
- Knot a 3" ribbon and glue to the first ribbon, 1¼" from the left edge. Use the tags template to trace and cut rounded label D from light blue cardstock, cutting the tab off one end to make a tag. Stamp “spread the cheer” on it, then cut a 1/16" strip of gold background Dazzles™ material and place under the greeting. Trim the ends, then mat the tag on dark blue cardstock with 1/32" borders. Foam tape under the knotted ribbon, then secure a flower above the knot. Place tiny snowflake Dazzles™ and pearls as shown.
- For the inside: Cut 4¾"x6¼" Christmas Lace border paper and glue to the inside as shown. Cut 4¾"x1¼" light blue cardstock and stamp “wishing you…” near the lower right end. Use the iris-folding template to trace and cut a snowflake from Christmas lace blue snowflakes paper, then mat on dark blue cardstock with 1/32" borders. Glue as shown. Place the Dazzles™ snowflakes and pearls as shown.
