Blue & White Decorated Envelope

Instructions:
- For the envelope front: Cut a 1¼"x5¼" blue stars paper and glue along the left end of the envelope. Cut a 2½"x6" light blue snowflakes paper and punch one long edge with the multi-shaper. Trim to 2" wide and glue next to the stars piece. Cut the squares border and glue over both pieces, then trim the excess. Cut out the 2 7/8" blue tag, “PEACE” blocks, and snowman stamp. Glue to the front, positioned as shown.
- For the envelope back: Punch half a 6" circle from blue snowflakes paper and trim to 2½" wide. Glue to the flap along the upper edge. Cut a 7"x½" light blue snowflakes paper strip and glue along the upper edge. Trim the ends to match the flap. Cut out the “Peace” definition circle and glue as shown.
