Instructions:

  1. Mat the 3¾" blue tag on silver glitter paper with 1/16" borders. Punch the hole center with the 1/8" hole punch. Attach blue swirl sheer ribbon to the hole and tie into a bow. Stamp the globe on Christmas dark blue paper with watermark ink. Sprinkle embossing powder on the ink, tap off the excess, then heat to melt the powder. Punch into a 2 1/8" circle. Punch a scalloped circle from blue glitter paper and glue the globe in the center. Glue to the tag as shown.
  2. Cut out the light blue Christmas snowflake circle art with a narrow white edge. Stamp “Let it snow” in blue ink, then glue above the globe as shown. Follow the Shape Studio manufacturer’s directions to make an epoxy square embellishment with a Christmas blue/white snowflake behind it. Fold a 1½" light blue grosgrain ribbon in half and tape the ends to the back of the epoxy square. Use tape to adhere the square near the tag bottom as shown.
