Instructions:
- Cover the card with light blue swirl paper, cut a 6 1/4”x4 3/4” rectangle of blue star paper and attach to the card front. Cut a 3 1/2”x2 3/4” piece of blue stripe paper and add a large jumping Reindeer Dazzle™. Mat with blue swirls and again with blue weave papers and then glue to the card front.
- Attach “NOEL” to blue weave paper, trim and mat with blue swirls paper. Attach below the reindeer focal. Attach Star Dazzles™ around the focal and on the stars paper. Add the Dazzles™ border to the left of the card, as shown. Zot a ribbon knot the lower right of the focal.
- Inside the card: Use the transfer sheet to place “Tis the Season” on blue weave paper. Mat with light blue swirls paper and again with blue stripe paper. Add a Reindeer and star as shown
