For You Purse

  1. Lay the purse flat, and use the stipple brush to add maroon ink to the sides. Let dry completely.
  2. Cover the front, back, flap and handle with the striped paper. Trim around the edges. Attach a maroon brad to the flap and one to the box, as shown.
  3. Assemble the purse. Use the floss to wrap around the two brads – to create a closure for the purse.
  4. Punch out a small tag, ink the edges and write "For You" on it. Punch a hole at the top of the tag and thread floss through. Tie a knot and attach to the handle. Tie a bow of ribbon around the handle near the tag.
