“Happy Birthday” cupcake card

Instructions:
- Cover the card front with red foil paper. Cut a 6" circle out of tan dots paper and glue to the left side of the card; trim the excess to create a ½ circle.
- Place a rick rack Dazzle™ border ½" from the left side of the card and add red glitter, tap off the excess. Glue a piece of white rick rack ribbon ½" to the right of the glitter border.
- Cut a 2 ½"x2 ¾" mat of white cardstock, mat with brown cardstock. Place the bottom of the cupcake Dazzle™ on the mat and flock with black flock. Place the top of the cupcake and stem on a separate piece of wax paper and flock brown. Add red glitter to the cherry. Piece the cupcake together on the white mat.
- Fold a piece of ribbon and glue behind the mat for a tab. Glue the mat to the front of the card. Place the "Happy Birthday" Dazzles™ below the mat.
