Happy Father's Day!

  1. Fold the shirt using the checked paper.
  2. Use the pattern to trace and cut out the tie from yellow/blue/white striped paper and chalk the edges. Glue the tie to top of the shirt front, so when the front is tucked in the tie is at the center of the shirt beneath the collar. Turn the blue brad on point and attach over the top of the tie near the collar. Untuck the front of the shirt, and unfold the inside slightly to flatten the brad prongs beneath the folded paper.
  3. Punch a 3/4" circle, write or computer print "#1 Dad!" on the center and chalk the edges. Glue centered to a pastel blue Great Big Brad and attach to the right side of the shirt, flattening the prongs on the inside beneath the folded layers as in step 2.
  4. Cut a striped rectangle and write "Happy Father's Day!" on the center. Chalk the edges, mat on white, then chalk the edges. Attach a blue square brad to the top and glue centered to the inside.

  • Baby Blue Square Brads
  • 3/4" round punch
  • Teal decorating chalk
  • Black pen
  • White cardstock
  • Glue stick
