Pumpkin Carving Project: 12"x12" page Supplies: - Halloween Finished in a Flash!(tm) - white cardstock - black cardstock - small Zots(tm) Instructions: 1) Place orange striped paper with the border at the bottom. Glue three 4"x6" photos directly side-by-side on white cardstock, trimming the cardstock to 1/8" at the top and bottom. Mat the top and bottom edges again on black cardstock, trimming to 1/8". Glue the photos just above the page border, leaving the bottom left corner unglued. 2) Glue a 2 1/4"x1" piece of lime textured paper under the bottom left corner of the matted photos (so about 1/2" of the lime paper is visible). Add three yellow brads across the lime paper, then finish gluing the corner of the mat in place. 3) Glue the "pumpkin" label punch-out even with the top right edge of the black photo mat. Zot(tm) a bow of black ribbon to the left end of the punch-out. Attach the "carving" punch-out above "pumpkin" with a lime mini brad in each end. Harvest Time Project: 12"x12" page - Halloween Finished in a Flash! - black cardstock - foam tape - small Zots(tm) - clear adhesive tape Instructions: 1) Cut a 1 1/4" square of orange textured paper, then cut the square in half diagonally. Glue one half of the square even with the top left corner of one vertical photo and the other even with the top right corner of a second vertical photo. Mat the photos side-by-side on black cardstock with 1/8" between the photos and 1/8" around the edges. Add a black brad to each of the orange corners. 2) Mat the photos again on black textured paper. Trim the mat to 2" at the bottom and 5/8" on the remaining edges, then tear along the bottom edge. Run black ribbon across the bottom of the mat, taping the tails to the back side. Zot(tm) a knot of black ribbon at the left side of the ribbon length. Place the orange mosaic paper with the mosaic stripes running horizontally. Glue the matted photos 3/4" from the right side of the background paper. 3) Add black mini brads to each end of the "harvest" and "time" punch-outs. Tape black ribbon behind the left end of each of the punch-outs. Foam tape the punch-outs overlapping the left edge of the left photo. 4) Glue the tall pumpkin punch-out in the bottom right corner of the matted photos. Foam tape the Jack-O-Lantern punch-out overlapping the left side of the pumpkin. Computer journal the date onto an orange tag punch-out and add a black mini brad to the tab. Foam tape the tag to the right side of the tall pumpkin. Trick or Treat Project: 12"x12" page Supplies: - Halloween Finished in a Flash!(tm) - black cardstock - black pen - black ink pad - 1/8" hole punch Instructions: 1) Place a sheet of black paper with the patchwork border on the left. Double-mat a vertical photo on lime, then purple textured paper, inking the edges of each. Add penwork around the edges of the lime mat, mimicking the faux stitching on the patchwork border. Punch a hole in the bottom left corner of the photo. 2) Glue candy punch-outs and the word "candy" to the orange tag punch-out. Punch a hole in the tag's tab. Run yellow ribbon through the hole in the tag and the hole in the corner of the photo, knotting the tails together. Glue the photo to the left side of the black portion of the page and glue the tag "hanging" below. Add a purple bat brad to the tag. 3) Mat a horizontal photo on lime paper and ink the edges. Glue in the bottom right corner of the page and add penwork around the edges. 4) Journal on the "Trick or Treat Record" punch-out. Fold yellow ribbon in half and attach the folded end behind the right side of the punch-out. Glue the punch-out to the right of the vertical photo and accent with candy punch-outs. 5) Cut two short, 1/4"-wide strips of black cardstock and accordion fold each. Glue one end of each strip behind the eye punch-outs and glue the other end to the top right corner of the page. Halloween Party - Left Page Project: 12"x12" page Supplies: - Halloween Finished in a Flash!(tm) - white marker - black pen Instructions: 1) Place the sheet of spider web paper with the webs on the left, then glue the "Halloween" punch-out above and to the right of center. Fold back 1" of one end of a 5" orange ribbon length. Attach the folded end to the left side of the punch-out with a yellow brad. Wrap the opposite end of the ribbon around the left side of the page and tape it to the back side. Repeat using a 3 1/2" length of ribbon and a lime green brad for the right side of the punch-out. 2) Mat a vertical and a square photo on orange textured paper. Glue the vertical photo just right of the spider web border and the square photo in the bottom right corner of the page. 3) Glue the purple spider punch-out in the top left corner of the page. Glue a green oval spider punch-out below the "Halloween" punch-out, slightly overlapping the right edge of the vertical photo. Draw a white line connecting the spider punch-out to the "Halloween" punch-out. Glue the "party" punch-out below the right end of the "Halloween" punch-out and draw two white lines connecting the two punch-outs. 4) Tie orange ribbon around the left side of the "Boo" Brad Buddy(tm) and attach it in over the bottom left edge of the vertical photo. Write the date on a blank orange punch-out and glue it below the vertical photo. Glue the "spooktacular" arrow punch-out over the right edge of the square photo. Halloween Party - Right Page Project: 12"x12" page Supplies: - Halloween Finished in a Flash!(tm) - white marker - black pen Instructions: 1) Place the spider web paper with the webs on the right. Mat three vertical photos on orange textured paper. Glue one photo in the top left corner of the page, attaching the "scary!" arrow punch-out over the bottom left edge with two orange mini brads. 2) Fold two 1" pieces of orange ribbon in half and secure the loose ends behind the right edge of a second matted photo. Glue the photo to the right and slightly lower than the first photo. Write on a blank orange punch-out and glue it over the top right edge of the second photo. Attach the third photo centered at the bottom of the page, attaching the "boo-utiful" arrow punch-out over the bottom right edge with purple and lime mini brads. 3) Fold 1" of orange ribbon in half and secure the loose ends behind the left edge of the "Fright Night" punch-out. Attach the punch-out in the bottom left corner of the page with two black bat brads overlapping the bats printed on the punch-out. 4) Glue a green oval spider punch-out to the right side of the page. Draw a white line from the large web in the top right corner of the page to the top of the punch-out. Gingerbread House Tradition - Left Page Project: 12"x12" page Supplies: - Christmas Finished in a Flash!(tm) - white cardstock - black ink pad - clear adhesive tape Instructions: 1) Place the green swirly paper with the word "Christmas" in the top left corner. Knot the ends of a 3" and a 4" length of red ribbon. Place the ribbon over the right side of a horizontal photo and tape the loose ends to the back side. Double-mat the photo on white cardstock, then red gingham paper, then glue just above the center of the page. Add a green mini brad to each top corner and a holly mini Brad Buddy(tm) to each bottom corner of the gingham mat. 2) Computer journal on white cardstock, tear to a small square and ink the edges. Glue over the tan holly tag punch-out, then glue the tag with the tab under the ribbon knot. 3) Computer journal on white cardstock and mat on red gingham paper. Glue the journaling below the photo and add a gold mini brad to each top corner. Glue a bracket punch-out next to each side of the journaling. 4) Accent the background paper's swirls with gold and silver star brads and use a star brad to dot the "i" in "Christmas". Glue "magic" and "wonder" punch-outs to the right of "Christmas". Gingerbread House Tradition - Right Page Project: 12"x12" page Supplies: - Christmas Finished in a Flash!(tm) - white cardstock - black ink pad - small Zots(tm) - clear adhesive tape Instructions: 1) Place the green swirly paper with the swirly corner in the bottom right. Run 13" of white ribbon through the red ribbon slide punch-out. Glue the slide in the top right corner of the page, taping the ribbon to the back side of the paper. Attach the "Joy" Brad Buddy(tm) over the slide. 2) Double-mat two photos on white cardstock, then red gingham paper. Glue one photo in the top left corner of the page and glue the "special holiday memory" punch-out below. Zot(tm) a bow of white ribbon over the left side of the punch-out. Glue the second photo below the slide punch-out. 3) Accent the background paper's swirls with gold and silver star brads. Glue a 3 1/2"-wide strip of tan gingham paper down the left side of the page. 2) Double-mat a horizontal and a vertical photo on white cardstock, then red gingham paper. Glue the horizontal photo in the bottom left corner and the vertical photo in the top right corner. 3) Glue the "c" punch-out in the top left corner of the page with the "Christmas Blessings" punch-out overlapping it. Attach the "festivities" punch-out below the "c" with a green mini brad in each end. 4) Write on the "Christmas Party" punch-out and glue it in the bottom right corner of the page. Add a gold brad to the left end, then glue the "merry" punch-out below. Holiday Party - Right Page Project: 12"x12" page Supplies: - Christmas Finished in a Flash!(tm) - white cardstock - black pen - small Zots(tm) Instructions: 1) Place the striped paper with the stripes running horizontally. Glue an 8 1/2"x10 1/4" piece of tan gingham paper even with the right edge of the page. Glue the "Noel" punch-out to the top of the gingham paper. 2) Mat a vertical and a horizontal photo on white cardstock. Mat the vertical photo again on red gingham and the horizontal photo on green gingham paper. Glue the vertical photo over the left edge of the page and the horizontal photo below the "Noel" punch-out. 3) Computer journal a menu in red and green ink on white cardstock. Tear along the top edge, then mat on red gingham paper and tear the top edge of the mat. Glue the menu in the bottom right corner of the gingham paper. Zot(tm) a knot of red ribbon over the top of the menu and add a holly mini Brad Buddy(tm) to the bottom right corner. Attach the "celebration" punch-out to the left of the menu with a green mini brad in each end, then glue the "wonderful Christmas memories" punch-out below. 4) Computer journal in red ink on white cardstock and tear to a small piece. Glue the journaling over the red swirly tag punch-out. Attach the tag in the top left corner of the gingham paper with a gold brad, then add a gold brad to the bottom left corner of the gingham paper. Double mat a 5"x7" photo on white cardstock, then green gingham paper. Glue the photo over the tan portion of the page, just above center. Glue a corner punch-out over the bottom left and top right corners of the photo. Attach the "Santa Claus" punch-out to the bottom of the photo with a silver brad in each end. 2) Computer journal on white cardstock and ink the edges. Glue the journaling below the photo and add a holly mini Brad Buddy(tm) to the top left and bottom right corners. 3) Write the year across the bottom of the green/gingham tag punch-out and foam tape the Santa Claus punch-out above the year. Glue the tag to the left of the photo and Zot(tm) a bow of red ribbon over the tab. Double-mat a vertical photo on white cardstock, then red gingham paper. Attach the photo to the left side of the page with a gold mini brad in each corner of the red mat. 2) Glue a photo behind each of the frame punch-outs. Glue the frames to the right of the photo with the reindeer Brad Buddy(tm) between. Zot(tm) a knot of white ribbon to one side of each frame. 3) Write on the "Christmas Wish List" punch-out and glue it at an angle below the large photo. Zot(tm) a knot of green ribbon to the left end of the punch-out.
