Designer Tips: Smooch Spritz also looks great when used on patterned paper! It’s easy to do, and it doesn’t buckle the paper. I placed the mask over the center of the pink patterned paper, then spritzed with the smooch, concentrating mostly on the majestic (purple), and then adding some limolicious in a few areas for a pretty contrast. It’s easy to spritz the roses just a little, or for a deep color as I’ve done here.
Instructions:
- Place the mask over the center of the pink patterned paper. Spritz over the mask with majestic Smooch, concentrating on three areas evenly spaced around the mask. Now spritz limolicious ink over the mask in remaining areas. Leave some areas (especially at the corners) without ink, so the color and texture of the paper shows. Add a little more majestic ink overlapping the limolicious. Remove the mask and let the paper dry. Spritz the rose with majestic ink and let dry.
- Mat photo on purple/pink paper, leaving a ¼” border. Ink edges black and mat again on green/purple/pink/brown tiles paper, leaving a ½” border. Ink edges black. Mat again on light green pearl cardstock leaving a 1/16” border. glue matted photo centered on the page. Write or computer print “Best friends “ and year on white cardstock, trim to a tag, then mat on light green pearl cardstock leaving a thin border. Add rose, ribbon, and tag to lower left corner of the photo as shown.
