Merry Christmas Project: Card Supplies: - Winter Swirls Acrylic Stamps - 2"x6" Acrylic Block - Paper Pizazz(r) Busy Scrapper's Solution Christmas Papers - Christmas Creative Kit - Cardmaker's Christmas Ribbons - deep red ink pad - small Zots(tm) - 5"x6 1/2" blank white card Instructions: 1) Place the card with the fold on the left. Cover the card front with green paper, placing the striped border against the bottom. Ink the edges of the card front. 2) Stamp a large swirl across the top of the card front and a smaller swirl down the right side. Add a green brad to the center of a red silk flower and Zot(tm) the flower where the two swirls meet. 3) Add a green mini brad to the "Merry Christmas" tag's tab. Glue the tag to the left side of the card front, above the striped border. 4) Glue green grosgrain ribbon overlapping the top of the striped border. Zot(tm) a knot of green ribbon to the ribbon length, just right of center. 5) Inside: Cut a 4"x2 1/2" piece of green paper, including about 1/2" of the striped border on the left. Ink the edges and stamp a swirl across the bottom. Glue the sleigh cut-out above the stamped swirl. Fold green grosgrain ribbon in half and attach the loose ends behind the top of the paper. Glue the paper centered on the card inside. Cover the card front with burgundy striped paper (stripes running vertically) and ink the edges black. Mat a 4 1/8"x4 1/4" piece of white vellum on green pine paper, trimming the left and right edges to 1/8" and the top and bottom to 1/2". Ink the edges of the pine paper green. 2) Stamp "wish", "holiday spirit", "holiday cheer", "joy" and "greetings" in black on burgundy striped and burgundy textured paper; ink the edges. Stamp "simple joys" and "Christmas" in green on green textured paper. Mat some burgundy words on green textured paper and some green words on burgundy paper. Glue the words (except "greetings") and attach an ivory flower with a green mini brad to the top of the white vellum. Add a green mini brad to the end of two words, then glue the whole piece centered on the card front. 3) Glue green ribbon across the card front, over the bottom of the vellum. Glue "greetings" over the ribbon length. Zot(tm) a bow of green ribbon to the top of the vellum. 4) Inside: Stamp "Merry Christmas" in black on burgundy striped paper; ink the edges. Attach two a 4 1/4"x1 1/2" piece of green pine paper with two green mini brads. Ink the edges of the pine paper green and glue centered on the card inside. Peace Project: Card Supplies: - Christmas Art Acrylic Stamps - Christmas Words Acrylic Stamps - 2"x6" Acrylic Block - Cardmaker's Christmas Creative Pack - Cardmaker's Jewel Ribbons - white brads - lavender acrylic paint - light blue acrylic paint - cosmetic wedge - 3/4" circle punch - foam tape - 5"x6 1/2" blank white card Instructions: 1) In lavender paint, stamp a snowflake medallion on white/light blue textured paper, using a cosmetic wedge to apply paint to the stamp. Stamp a swirl to the right of the medallion. Stamp "peace" in blue paint within the swirl. Stamp a snowflake in blue on a white brad; let dry. Attach the brad to the swirl. Trim the paper to 6 1/2"x2 1/4" and paint the edges blue. 2) Place the card with the fold at the top. Glue a 1"-wide strip of blue textured paper even with the fold. Glue the stamped paper over the bottom of the blue strip. Cover the remaining card front with blue words paper. Paint the edges of the card front blue. 3) Stamp three snowflakes in blue on white/light blue paper and punch to 3/4" circles. Foam tape two of the snowflakes to the stamped images. 4) Stamp "peace & love" continuously in blue on navy grosgrain ribbon with snowflakes in between; let dry. Glue the ribbon across the top of the blue words paper. 5) Inside: Stamp "warm tidings" in blue and "peace & love" in lavender on white/light blue paper. Glue them to a blue tag cut-out and glue the third stamped snowflake over the left ends. Fold navy ribbon in half, secure the loose ends behind the left side of the tag and glue the tag centered on the card inside. 'Tis the Season Project: Card Supplies: - Christmas Art Acrylic Stamps - 2"x6" Acrylic Block - Cardmaker's Christmas Creative Pack - Cardmaker's Classic Ribbons - white brads - white mini brads - white acrylic paint - cosmetic wedge - small Zots(tm) - 5"x6 1/2" blank white card Instructions: 1) Trim the card to a 5" square and place it with the fold on the left. Cut a 3 1/2" square of blue striped paper. With the stripes running vertically stamp "'Tis the Season" in white paint across the bottom, using a cosmetic wedge to apply paint to the stamp. Stamp various snowflakes in white around the sentiment. Paint the edges of the paper; let dry. 2) Mat the striped paper on blue textured paper. Add brads and mini brads to the centers of some of the stamped snowflakes, then glue the paper centered on the card front. Zot(tm) a bow of white ribbon to the bottom right corner of the striped paper. 3) Inside: Cut a 2 3/4"x3" piece of blue striped paper (stripes running vertically). Stamp a Christmas tree in white with "celebrate" below. Paint the edges of the paper; let dry. Mat on blue textured paper, then blue snowflake paper. Add a white mini brad to each corner of the striped paper and glue the whole piece centered on the card inside. Celebrate the Season Project: 8"x8" page Supplies: - Christmas Words Acrylic Stamps - Winter Swirls Acrylic Stamps - 2"x6" Acrylic Block - Paper Pizazz(r) 8"x8" Christmas Papers - gold brads - ivory cardstock - black ink pad - gold embossing powder - embossing ink - embossing heat tool - decorating chalk - Post-It notes - foam tape Instructions: 1) Place the color block paper with the dotted border at the top. Stamp a swirl in black over the left side of the border. Emboss the same swirl in gold, overlapping the first swirl. 2) Double-mat a vertical photo on ivory cardstock, then green textured paper. Glue the photo to the burgundy portion of the background, overlapping the bottom of the stamped swirls. 3) Use Post-Its to mask everything around the large center tree on the Christmas tree tag. Emboss a swirl in gold over the tree. Stamp "holiday spirit" across the bottom of the tag. Attach the tag over the right side of the page with a gold brad in the tab. 4) Computer journal the subjects' names on the label portion of the green slide mount cut-out. Mask everything around the slide mount window and stamp a portion of the swirly holly "Merry Christmas" design in the window. Accent the holly with chalk, then foam tape the slide mount below the tree tag. 5) Stamp "celebrate the season" below the slide mount. Ink the edges of the "Happy Christmas" cut-out and glue it below the stamped sentiment. Family Traditions Project: 12"x12" page Supplies: - Christmas Art Acrylic Stamps - Christmas Words Acrylic Stamps - Winter Swirls Acrylic Stamps - 2"x6" Acrylic Block - Paper Pizazz(r) Busy Scrapper's Solution Christmas Papers - 1/4"-wide green grosgrain ribbon - heart mini brads - ivory cardstock - black ink pad - 1 1/4" circle punch - foam tape - small Zots(tm) Instructions: 1) Place the green paper with the striped border on the left. Stamp swirls continuously down right side of the striped border. Stamp a portion of a swirl in both right corners of the page. 2) Mat a horizontal photo on red "mesh" paper and ink the edges. Mat again on Christmas words paper with the words in the top left, trimming the bottom to 1/2" and the remaining edges to 3/4". Ink the edges of the mat and stamp swirls and "blessings" across the bottom. Glue even with the right side of the page. Cut out ornaments from the ornament tiles and glue them "hanging" from the swirls. 3) Computer journal on ivory cardstock, crop to two long strips and ink the edges. Glue the journaling below the photo and add a heart brad to the left end of each. 4) Stamp "holiday spirit" and "celebrate" on the "December 25" tag. Mat a small photo on red "mesh" paper and ink the edges. Fold ribbon in half and secure the loose ends behind the top of the "trim the tree" tag. Collage the photo and the tags to the left of the large photo. Zot(tm) a bow of ribbon to the "December 25" tag's tab. 5) Stamp circular words on tan "mesh" paper (leftover from the Christmas words mat) and punch to 1 1/4" circles. Foam tape the words throughout the page border. Lauren & Santa Project: 12"x12" page Supplies: - Winter Swirls Acrylic Stamps - Christmas Words Acrylic Stamps - 2"x6" Acrylic Block - Christmas Finished in a Flash!(tm) - black pen - black ink pad - foam tape - small Zots(tm) Instructions: 1) Place the tan paper with the swirly border at the bottom. Ink the edges of a 6"x3" piece of red holly paper and glue it in the top left corner of the page. Mat a 7"x5" photo on red gingham paper and ink the edges. Glue the paper centered on the page, overlapping part of the holly paper. Write the year above the photo. 2) Stamp swirls around the top left and bottom right corners of the photo. Accent the swirls with mini holly Brad Buddies(tm). Stamp "believe" across the green/gingham tag punch-out. Ink the edges of the Santa punch-out and foam tape it to the tag. Glue the tag to the right of the photo and Zot(tm) a bow of green ribbon over the tab. 3) Stamp "wonder", "wish" and "peace & love" throughout the page. Foam tape word punch-outs over the printed border. Randomly stamp blue snowflakes throughout the page. Combine the circular frame stamp with a snowflake medallion stamp and emboss it randomly throughout the page. 2) Mat a horizontal photo on dark blue textured paper and ink the edges black. Stamp "Joy to the world!" in the bottom right corner of the photo. Glue the photo to the bottom right side of the page. 3) Ink the edges of the "snow" cut-out and glue it above the photo, aligning the right edges. Add a snowflake brad to the right edge of the cut-out. 4) Mat a smaller photo on dark blue textured and ink the edges. Stamp a blue snowflake and "simple joys" in the top left corner. Glue the photo to the left side of the page, overlapping the first photo, then add a snowflake brad to the cluster of stamps. 5) Stamp "from" below the larger photo and add journaling.
