- Arrange the border paper with the border at the bottom. Foam tape the “Surprise” cut-out overlapping the border edge.
- Mat the 4”x6” and 4” square photos with white cardstock, ink the edges. Mat one with multi-color star paper and one with green star paper, extending the mat on one side on the green one. Ink the edges. Glue a star border on the green star mat. Arrange and glue the photos to the background paper as shown.
- Computer journal and print onto white cardstock. Ink the edges and glue to extend from under a photo mat edge. Glue a green star tag to the upper left. Attach the “40” monograms with sanded edges and embellish with star brads.
- Cut and fold two green and two blue Beacon stars and two red Stalactite stars. Glue the green and blue stars over the border as shown. Secure the red Stalactite stars with silver mini stars and attach them to the photo border and edge as shown.
