Trim the yellow border off the pink floral paper and crop it to 4 7/8" long. Glue the border 1/16" from the bottom of the card. Cut a 2 1/8"x2 3/4" piece of pink dotted paper and add brad, then glue 1/16" from the card fold and 1/16" above the yellow border. Glue a 2 1/8"x1 1/2" piece of yellow floral paper 1/16" from the card fold and 1/16" above the dotted paper. Glue a 4 7/8"x1 1/4" strip of pink floral paper 1/16" from the top of the card. Glue a 2 11/16"x4 5/16" piece of pastel diamonds paper 1/16" from the right side of the card and 1/16" above the yellow border. Draw straight lines overlapping the spaces between the paper pieces to create a patchwork effect. 2) Trim the purple border punch-out to 4 7/8" long. Attach two brads to the right end and glue it overlapping the space below the pink floral strip. Zot(tm) a bow of pink grosgrain ribbon to the left end. 3) Glue the "Happy Easter" punch-out with the left end tucked under the brad that's attached to the dotted paper. 4) Inside: Cover the card inside with light green textured paper and add two brads to the bottom right corner. Cut a 1 1/2"x2 1/8" piece of yellow floral, a 1 7/8"x2 1/8" piece of pastel diamonds and a 1 1/2"x2 1/8" piece of pink dotted paper. Glue the papers side-by-side against the top of the card. Draw straight lines overlapping the seams between the paper pieces. Foam tape the "celebrate" cut-out centered, overlapping the bottom of the diamonds paper. Mat the long edges on white cardstock. Glue "J", "O" and "Y" tag cut-out across the strip and add a silver brad to each tag's tab. Glue the strip across the top of the card front. 3) Tear a corner off the light blue crackle paper. Add two blue mug brads to the corner, then glue it even with the bottom right corner of the dark blue snowflake paper. 4) Computer journal "is cocoa with a friend." horizontally on a blue tag cut-out. Ink the edges of the tag, then glue it below "Joy". Zot(tm) a bow of navy ribbon to the tag's tab. 5) Inside: Cover the card inside with light blue crackle paper. Cut a 2"x3" piece of light blue crackle paper and tear off the bottom edge. Add a blue mug brad to the top of the piece, then glue it centered at the top of the card inside. Computer journal "Join me?" on a blue label cut-out and add a mini brad to each end. Foam tape the label across the snowflake paper. Happy Holidays Project: Card Supplies: - Christmas Stockings Brads - Cardmaker's Christmas Creative Pack - Bright Monograms - Christmas Words Acrylic Stamps - Cardmaker's Christmas Ribbons - 2"x6" Acrylic Block - black ink pad - fine-grade sandpaper or emery board - small Zots(tm) - 5"x6 1/2" blank white card Instructions: 1) Place the card with the fold at the top and glue a 6 1/4"x4 3/4" piece of red glimmer paper centered on the card front. 2) Ink the edges of a 5 3/4"x4 1/4" piece of green words paper. Sand the edges of a red "H" monogram and stamp "Happy Holidays" down the left side. Glue the monogram to the left side of the words paper. Attach a stocking brad to the right of the "H" and another in the bottom right corner of the words paper. Glue the words paper centered on the card front. 3) Attach red grosgrain ribbon down the right side of the card front, tucking it under the top of the stocking brad in the corner. Zot(tm) two knots of gingham ribbon over the red ribbon, just above the stocking brad. Zot(tm) a knot of green ribbon above the other stocking brad. 4) Inside: Ink the edges of a 5 3/4"x1 1/2" strip of green words paper. Mat the strip on red glimmer and glue across the top of the card inside. Add a stocking brad to the lower right edge of the strip, then Zot(tm) a knot of gingham ribbon above the brad. Tree Farm Project: 12"x12" page Supplies: - Christmas Tree Brads - Busy Scrapper's Solution Christmas Paper - Cardmaker's Christmas Ribbons - green mini brads - white cardstock - black pen - black ink pad - foam tape - small Zots(tm) Instructions: 1) Place the red paper with the striped border at the bottom. Ink the edges of a 10 3/4"x9 1/2" piece of green trees paper, then glue it centered on the red portion of the background. 2) Double-mat a vertical photo on red grid then tan Christmas words paper, inking the edges of each mat. Glue the photo over the left side of the trees paper. Write "The Tree" on the trees tag cut-out, then glue the tag in the top left corner of the photo. Zot(tm) a bow of green ribbon to the tag's tab. 3) Computer journal on the tan portion of the Christmas words paper, leaving spaces in the journaling for tree brads. Crop the paper to 5"x9 1/4" with the journaling centered at the top. Tear along the bottom edge, then ink all the edges. Glue the journaling over the right side of the trees paper. Insert three mini brads across the top and add tree brads to the spaces in the journaling. 4) Glue the back of the file folder cut-out centered at the bottom of the journaling. Ink the edges of the "family" and "traditions" fragment cut-outs and glue them to the front of the folder. Add a tree brad to the left end of the printed ribbon on the folder. 5) Double-mat two small photos on white cardstock, then red grid paper, inking the edges of each mat. Glue the photos tucked in the top of the file folder, then glue the front of the folder in place. 6) Cut out an "i" and "farm" alphabet tiles and ink the edges. Add a tree brad over the "i", then foam tape the tiles across the striped border. Gingerbread Cookies Project: 12"x12" page Supplies: - Gingerbread Men Brads - Busy Scrapper's Solution Christmas Paper - Silk Poinsettias - gold mini brads - ivory cardstock - black ink pad Instructions: 1) Place the burgundy paper with the striped paper at the bottom. Ink the long edges of a 12"x6 3/4" piece of burgundy flourish paper and glue it across the top of the page. Glue a vertical photo even with the left edge of the flourish paper, and another even with the right edge. Mat a third vertical photo on ivory cardstock, ink the edges and glue between the other two photos. 2) Layer a burgundy and ivory poinsettia and attach the in the bottom left corner of the page with 6 mini brads in the center. Attach 7 gingerbread man brads across the top of the striped border. 3) Mat a small photo on ivory cardstock and ink the edges. Glue the photo to the left side of the page, tucked under the poinsettias. Glue a Christmas tree cut-out to the right. 4) Computer journal on ivory cardstock, cut to 3 long strips and ink the edges. Glue the journaling below the photos, to the right of the poinsettias. 5) Glue the "Christmas Cheer" cut-out with the top edge overlapping the bottom right edge of the flourish paper, then add a mini brad to each top corner. Pumpkin Project: 12"x12" page Supplies: - Jack-O-Lantern Brads - Paper Pizazz(r) Burlap - Paper Pizazz(r) Black/White Dots - Pastel Monograms - Cardmaker's Classic Ribbons - black mini brads - orange cardstock - white cardstock - black cardstock - black ink pad - fine-grade sandpaper or emery board - stapler - craft knife, cutting mat - foam tape Instructions: 1) Use the burlap paper as the background. Glue an 8"x10 3/4" piece of dotted paper in the top left corner of the burlap. Glue a 6"x10 1/4" piece of orange cardstock to the dotted paper, just left of center and extending slightly off the bottom edge. Glue a 6 3/4"x10" photo to the orange cardstock, extending off the right side and leaving 1/8" visible around the remaining edges. 2) Staple gingham ribbon diagonally over the bottom left corner of the photo. Computer journal on white cardstock, crop to 4 strips and ink the edges. Glue the strips overlapping the top left corner of the photo, adding Jack-O-Lantern brads to the end of two strips. 3) Punch out yellow monograms to spell "pumpkin", then sand the surface and ink the edges of each (turn a "d" upside down to use as the second "p"). Attach the letters along the right side of the page, accenting as follows: - Fold gingham ribbon around the left side of the "p" and attach with a Jack-O-Lantern brad. Foam tape the letter in place. - Cover the "u" with dotted paper and add a Jack-O-Lantern brad to the bottom right edge. - Knot black ribbon around the center of the "m". - Glue a strip of dotted paper across the center of the second "p". Use a craft knife to cut the paper from the center of the "p" and add a Jack-O-Lantern brad to the left side. - Knot gingham ribbon around the left leg of the "k" and add a Jack-O-Lantern brad to the right leg. - Mat a 1 1/2"x2 1/4" piece of black cardstock on orange cardstock (leaving the right edge unglued), and trim the mat to 1/8". Computer journal the year on white cardstock, ink the edges and glue behind the right edge of the black cardstock. Glue the "i" centered on the black cardstock, accent with three black mini brads and use a Jack-O-Lantern brad to dot the "i". - Knot gingham ribbon around the left side of the "n" and add a Jack-o-Lantern brad to the right side. Do Not Open Until Christmas!
