Suede Swirls Page

  1. Trace the swirls from the template on the back of the Black Suede paper. Cut the swirl just outside the marked lines. Glue the swirls on the bottom of the page.
  2. Cut two 1" strips of Black Suede paper. Attach to the background paper on the top and left sides. Trim the end of the left strip around the curve of the swirl. Add a third 1/4" strip near the bottom, and trim the end around the curve in the bottom swirl.
  3. Cut a 1" strip of Burgundy Suede paper and glue a strip of white lace ribbon across the top. Attach the strip along the edge of a photo and journaling block. Ink edge of the journaling block and mat the photo on white cardstock with black inked edges. Adhere to the page as shown.
  4. Punch out a large "M" monogram and cover with Burgundy Suede paper. Use the monogram to trace a second "M" on the back of the Black Suede paper then cut out. Glue down the black "M" first, overlapping the swirls, then the burgundy "M" over it, slightly up and to the left.
