- Ink the back, spine, and left front 1" of the binder and let it dry. Cover the front of the binder with small music notes paper, trimming edges evenly with the binder. Cover the right 4 1/2" of the binder with bills paper (leaving 1/2" of the music notes paper showing), trimming edges evenly. Cut a 1/2" wide strip of fabric dots paper and ink the edges. Glue even with the left edge of the bills paper, trimming excess evenly. Ink all edges of the binder. Use the awl or Crop-a-dile to punch a hole in the upper right and lower left corners. Add a brad in each hole.
- Cut a 6" length of 5/8" wide sheer blue ribbon and glue across the front of the binder with the excess at the right side, 3" from the bottom. Glue excess to the inside. Lightly chalk a 1 3/8" sheer white flower. Layer flowers from bottom to top: a 3" brown flower, a 2 1/4" pink flower, the chalked flower, and a 3/4" pink flower. Secure at the center with a brad. Cut a 6" length of blue ribbon and twist it at the center. Zot it near the center of the binder, over the sheer ribbon running across the binder. Zot the layered flowers over the center of the twisted ribbon. Write or computer print "Address book" on the tag, and glue near the layered flowers.
- Cover the inside covers with remaining paper, covering the end of the ribbon and brad prongs from the front. Add address papers, dividers, and envelopes and decorate as desired.
