- Fold the box according to the package instructions.
- Cut a 2 1/2" piece of aqua paper and ink the edges. Wrap the paper around the box and secure. Stamp a large medallion on each side. Attach a rhinestone sticker in the middle of each medallion.
- Trace and cut out a tag from the template. Attach a 2" piece of torn paper across the tag and ink the edges. Attach three rhinestone stickers to the bottom of the tag, as shown.
- Thread a piece of ribbon through the tag hole, and then attach the tag to the top of the carton with a white brad.
