Instructions:
- Choose letters and add to a word document. Adjust the sizes and print on white cardstock. Cut out the tiles and ink the edges.
- Cover the front of the card with light blue paper. Glue the tiles to spell out the greeting.
- Trace and cut out brackets and an exclamation point. Ink the edges and glue to the front of the card. Add penwork around the tiles, Thinga-ma-jigs and edge of the card.
- Cut out stars from the border strips of papers and foam tape around the front of the card.
- Inside the card: Cut a 1 ½" strip of blue paper and ink the edges. Add pen work and glue to the edge.
- Print a greeting onto yellow paper and cut out as a tag. Ink the edges. Add pen work and foam tape stars around the tag.
