- Tear 2”x12” and 3”x12” strips of aqua cardstock and layer like a hill at the bottom of the navy paper. Apply two 6” silver borders at the bottom of the page and a striped paper cut out border near the top of the page.
- Mat a 4”x6” photo with navy paper, leaving a 1/8” wide border. Mat again, leaving a 1/2” wide border. Glue the matted photo to the left side of the page, between the torn paper and striped border. Adhere “Let it Snow” on the aqua paper near the bottom of the page.
- Line the snowman, tree, snowflake file tab and a few snowflakes with white cardstock. Line the sled with brown. Foam tape the lined snowflakes and glue the other lined pieces to the page as shown. Adhere small snowflakes as if falling in the dark night sky.
