- Cut a 9 ½" x7 ½"pices of blue glimmer paper. Mat photos with white cardstock and glue to the blue glimmer. Computer journal, cut out and add to the bottom of the glimmer paper.
- Place snowflake Dazzles between the 2 photos, attach a white brad to the center snowflake. Back the "fun", snowman and tag with white paper and trim. Color in the snowman and attach them to the glimmer mat, as shown. Attach the mat to the lower right of the foil paper. Top the tag with a knot of ribbon.
- Back larger snowflakes with blue glimmer and attach with foam tape around the mat.
