- Turn the foil board so the white side is up, and the name and the HOTP number is at the right corner closest to you. Take the left corner closest to you and start rolling it, adding mounting squares to secure it as you go along. Keep the right end as small as you can, allowing the left end to be larger, about 3 1/4" or so when finished. If any words show at the top, loosen the top slightly and overlap the paper so the words are covered. Secure the end with mounting squares, then add Tacky glue to the point and press in place for a minute or so. Add a rubber band around the glued area so it's tight, until the glue dries.
- Use the template to trace and cut out one "1F" flower and one "4D" flower both from red suede, and one "1C" flower from vellum swirls. Add flower stickers to the vellum flower and the small red suede flower, then layer from large to small together with foam tape. Cut a 1/2" wide red suede strip and wrap around the cone, securing at the front with mounting squares. Foam tape the layered flower over the seam.
- Cut a 2"x1 1/8" ivory suede rectangle. Trim ends to create a tag shape. Mat on red suede, leaving a 1/16" border. Cut a 3/4"x1/2" red suede rectangle and glue to the end of the tag as a tab. Use the transfer sheet to add "Thanks" to the center of the tag. Glue to the cone below the flower. Remove the rubber band when glue is dry. I left mine overnight, and it's really secure.
