  1. Cut the red dot paper into a 9 1/2” square and ink the edges black. Glue to the center of the tan cardstock. Cut the black dot paper into a 3/4”x 12” strip and glue 3” from the right side of the page. Trace an 8” circle onto the tan/red/pink striped paper and ink the edge black, then glue to the upper right corner.
  2. Crop the photo into a 6 1/4” wide square and mat with black cardstock, leaving a 1/4” wide border. Glue to the center of the red dot square.
  3. Flowers: Trace the larger flower onto black paper and use a knife to cut away the centers. When layering flowers, keep the base flower, silk or paper, a solid color. This will help separate the paper patterns and keep flower from becoming too busy. Layer flowers and secure with either glue dots or brads. Add buttons around the flowers, as shown.
  4. Tags: Write on medium white tags and punch holes at top. Thread with black floss and hang from lower flower on the right side. Glue tags.
