- Mat a photo on white cardstock, then blue textured paper, using the scallop blade of the Freestyle Decorator and the straight-edge cutting guide to cut the decorative bottom edge. Turn the green sheet with striped border so the border is at the top. Glue the matted photo centered over the border 3/8" from the top. Ink the edges of the page.
- Attach the triangle insert to the bottom of the freestyle decorator cutter and use the scallop blade to cut a large wavy edge from blue textured paper. Cut strips of yellow patterned paper, orange textured paper, and blue textured paper with scalloped or pinked edges in different widths. Layer the strips, matting on white as needed for contrast. Glue to the page overlapping as needed to show edges as desired.
- I left some green space from the background between some strips. Use the black pen and template to add faux stitching. Add dots as desired. Add a 1/2" wide strip of striped paper, brads, flowers, and ribbon to decorate. Write names below photo with the black pen.
