- With the card fold at the top, cover the card with the blocked Mickey paper, placing the red strip on the right and the yellow/Mickey border on the left. Glue the Mickey Tag to hang from the border on the right and top with a black bow.
- Cut out three expression tags and glue a folded red ribbon length to the back of each. Foam tape each tag to the yellow area of the card.
- For the inside: Cut a 1 3/4” wide piece of the remaining border paper and glue to the inside back. Glue the Pluto tag topped with a knotted black ribbon length.
