Designer's Tip: Use the surface of an inkpad to color the edge of your card to add definition. Instructions Place the square card fold at the top. Glue the black argyle paper flush with the fold at the top. Trim the paper on the card front only even with the argyle paper. Ink the edge black. Glue a length of black rick rack across the center of the card front. Foam tape the large white “Celebrate” chipboard to the center. Glue the black/white dot paper to the bottom of the card inside back. Glue the “Happy Birthday” square chipboard.
