Sisters Decorated Box

Instructions:

  1. Paint the outside plus inside edges of the box lid, then paint the inside and front edges of the individual boxes and let dry. Cut paper in a variety of colors to fit the inside areas of the boxes as desired, ink edges, and glue in place. Add die cuts or pieces of larger die cuts as shown.
  2. Paint flowers, chipboard and Artisan Elements with the sponge wedges using the tips above and let dry. Add to box as shown. Layer painted flowers over other pieces. Glue chipboard number at the sides and bottom with tacky glue. Add photos, ribbons, and flowers to the box and lid.
  3. Cut a tag from textured paper and ink the edges. Write or computer print a word on the tag and glue as shown. Add Artisan Element rose border to front edge of boxes as shown. Remove protective covering from plastic insert, and place it over the front of the box, then add the lid.
