  1. With the fold at the left, cover the card front with the teal textured paper. Tear the teal/brown dots paper diagonally and place over the card front, with the torn edge 1” from the top of the left side and 4” from the top of the right side. Glue the sides and bottom in place and ink the edges brown. Glue a brown ribon across the front, 1 1/2” from the bottom.
  2. Cut out the “enjoy”, “smile” and “dream” word fragments. Foam tape them angled on the card front as shown. Slip the “enjoy” tag over the torn edge and glue in place. Write or computer print “Your birthday” on the teal tag and ink the edges black. Add a brad to the top of the tag and Zot™ it over the ribbon, as shown. Foam tape a decorative square over the lower right corner of the tag.
  3. Use a 3” swirl image to stamp the brown flower with embossing ink, three times across the flower. Immediately add the white embossing powder over the images, shake off the excess and emboss with the heat gun. Punch a decorative circle from an art square and glue it centered on a brown great big brad. Attach the brad to the center of the flower and Zot™ it to the right side of the card front, as shown.
  4. For the inside: Glue the remaining torn paper to the bottom half of the inside back. Attach the “laughter” and “good friends” cut-outs to the white area at the top. Computer print or write “Hope it's special!” on teal textured paper, trim to a rectangle, ink the edges black and glue to the brown tag. Glue the tag and a decorative art square over the paper seam, as shown.
