Designer Tip: Copy the stitch lines from the die-cuts using a pen to make stitches on the border and card edges.

  1. Card front: Place the card fold on the top. Glue 5"x3" Cider gold gingham across the card top. Cover the bottom with 5"x3" of Cider quilt paper. Glue 6 1/2"x5/8" of Cider rust diamond paper across the card, covering the paper's seam. Use the pen to make stitch lines on border and card top and sides. Ink the card edges.
  2. Glue 3 die-cut banner pieces to the top right corner. Glue the scalloped circle on the left side of the card and glue the brown swirls to extend from under the right as shown.
  3. Layer the small blank oval with the "Celebrate" cut-out and glue to the left side of the large frame center. Foam tape a small flower die on the bottom right edge of the center of the frame. Knot a length of 3/8" wide burgundy satin ribbon and glue the knot to the top of the circle as shown.
  4. Inside: Glue 6 1/2"x 1 3/4" Cider quilt paper across the bottom of the card. Ink edges of 61/2"x 1" Cider burgundy paper and glue across the top of the quilt border. Foam tape the "Happy Birthday" cut-out to the center of the quilt oval die-cut and glue to the center of the card.
