Designer Tip: Add a pop of color by coloring in stamped images with decorating chalk.

  1. With the fold on the top, cover the card front with pink multi-dot paper.
  2. Cut three 1 7/8"x2¾ pieces of white cardstock. Round the corners of each with the ¼" Corner Chomper. Chalk the edges of each with purple, teal, and pink chalk.
  3. Use the glue pad to stamp a cupcake on the purple edged rectangle and sprinkle with pink glitter. Shake off excess and let dry. Repeat with the teal edged rectangle and plum glitter, and the pink edged rectangle and blue glitter.
  4. Mat the rounded rectangles on dark purple texture, leaving a 1/16" border. Mat again onto teal grid paper, leaving a 1/8" border. Glue the rectangles in a row across the card (pink, purple, then blue), ½" from the top.
  5. Stamp a heart, candle, and cherry in black on white cardstock. Color in with chalk (purple, blue, yellow, pink, green) and cut out the images. Glue the images to the tops of the cupcakes as shown.
  6. Glue 6½" of blue grosgrain ribbon across the bottom, ½" from the bottom of the card. Cut out a dark purple tag from the Creative Pack. Stamp "Celebrate" in black on a small piece of white cardstock and round the corners with the Corner Chomper. Glue the word to the purple tag and glue the tag to the bottom right corner of the card. Tie a small bow with blue grosgrain ribbon and Zot to the end of the tag.
  7. Inside the card: Glue 6½"x1" of pink multi-dot paper across the center. Print "Happy Birthday" on white cardstock and stamp a black cupcake over it. Chalk the cupcake pink. Cut out the cupcake and glue to a 2¼" square of teal grid paper. Round the corners of the teal paper and mat onto dark purple, leaving a 1/8" border. Glue the square over the pink multi-dot strip, 1¼" from the top and 1" from the left. Zot a small blue bow to the top left corner of the square.
