Designer Tips: . The stylus and blending tips are great for blending with the fluid chalk inkpads. . Use tape to secure your card and template so it doesn't shift while inking. . You can blend two colors together softly and evenly using the foam blending tips. Use a gentle pouncing motion (not rubbing) to create a soft even color. . Start with lighter colors and then move to dark. It's a good idea to use a separate blending tip for each color; keep them and use them for the same colors again.

  1. With the fold on the left, cover card with lavender cardstock. Place the template over your card and secure with stencil tape. Remember to remove the stencil tape when you ink that area. Use a stylus and blending tip and press the tip onto the Lime Pastel inkpad. Starting at the bottom of the card, ink the card with a pouncing motion. Ink up to just past the fence. With Deep Lagoon, ink from the middle of the fence to the middle of the birdhouses. Change or clean your blending tip, then ink around the birdhouses with Berrylicious. Ink the top section with Ocean.
  2. Use Zips to attach blue grosgrain along the bottom of the card, 3/4" from the bottom. Stamp the oval frame in Berrylicious on white cardstock. Stamp "Thank You" in Ocean. Cut out the oval and foam tape over the ribbon, 1/2" from the left. Add a small pink crepe bow over the top left of the oval, attaching with Zots.
