Designer Tip: Use StazOn® when stamping on suede to create a nice background look.

  1. Place your card with the fold at the top. Cover with navy suede. Cut a 5 7/8"x4 3/8" powder blue suede. Place the small butterfly stamp on the acrylic block. Stamp three images off the edges of the card on the upper right corner. Mat on white with 1/16" border. Glue ends of a 7" length of ribbon under edges, 1/2" from lower edge. Center on card front.
  2. Stamp a large butterfly, a birthday girl and "Happy BIRTHDAY to you" on white. Use Spectrum Noir pens to color in as shown. For butterfly use: HB3, HB1, IB1, LG2 and LY1. For girl use: FS1, FS9, PP2, LY1, HB3. For "Birthday..." use combination of colors mentioned above. Cut out stamped images leaving no border around butterfly and girl, but leaving a 1/8" border around text. Foam tape girl to butterfly. Cut a 2 1/4" navy suede and mat on white with 1/16" border. Place on point and foam tape butterfly to center. Place in upper left area of card. Foam tape text message over ribbon.
