Designer Tip: For a greeting, the ribbon tape can also be stamped on with StazOn® ink.

  1. Place your card with the fold on the left. Cut 1" off of the right edge. Use the 1/4" Corner Chompers on each corner. Corner chomp the corners of a 3 3/4"x6 1/4" yellow circle paper, ink the edges and glue on the front of your card.
  2. Mark three light pencil lines horizontally across the yellow paper, at the following measurements: 2 1/4", 3 1/4" and 4 1/4", all measured from the lower edge of your card. Cut 2" lengths of ribbon tape in the following quantities: 4 black, 6 red, 4 blue and 7 yellow. Tear off only the top 1/2" of tape backing from a yellow ribbon strip and, starting at the lowest marked pencil line, place the tape even with the line, allowing the rest of the tape to hang down. Repeat the process, alternating yellow, red and black across the bottom line. Cut the lower end of each tape at varied angles and heights across the bottom. Repeat the entire process for the next line up, using blue and yellow. Repeat the process a third time for the final line, using black, red and yellow again.
  3. Place a strip of blue tape 2" from the upper card edge, trimming ends even with the yellow paper. Place a strip of red tape above the blue. Cut a "v" at the ends of a 3 1/4" length of yellow tape, tear off only the center 1" of tape backing and center over the red and blue tapes. Cut a 4" yellow tape, tear off 1/2" of backing from ends, fold ends under and zot on, as shown. Cut a 1 1/2" yellow tape, fold ends under and foam tape on, as shown. Place "Best Friend" Dazzles on center of yellow tape. Place three Pearl Blossoms as shown.
