Season's Greetings Card

Designer's Tip: Use orange and purple together to create a brown watercolor.



  1. Place your card with the fold on the top and cut to 5 3/4"x5". Cover with Christmas Sweets green dot paper.
  2. Stamp mouse image in black ink on the center of 5 1/2"x4 1/4" white cardstock. Color in the image using watercolor pencils and blend with water. Color the tree with 168, the trunk and the right hand mouse with a blend of 115 and 141, the left hand mouse with 251, and the ground with 250. Color the ribbon using a dark application of 121 and the berries with a light application of 121. Color the mouse ears, hands, feet and faces with 130.
  3. Place one large and two small Brass Jewel Dazzles( on the corners as shown. Mat on Christmas Sweets red paper with 1/8" borders. Zot( 3 1/2" Christmas Sweets shimmery green ribbon to the upper left corner and a 2 1/2" green ribbon to the lower right corner. Tie a bow with 8" green ribbon and Zot( to the upper left ribbon. Foam tape the panel to the center of the card.
  4. Die cut the large and small banners out of Christmas Sweets tan paper and ink the edges with Brown ink. Stamp "From all of..." in red ink on the larger banner and "Seasons Greetings" in red ink on the smaller banner. Place small Brass Jewel Dazzles( on the ends of the larger banner. Foam tape the larger banner to the upper right corner and the smaller banner over the tree as shown.
