Designer's Tip: To get the chalk board look, first stamp greeting with white ink and then emboss, slightly offset with white embossing powder. It is important to thoroughly dry the white ink before embossing white or the powder can stick to the wet white ink, ruining the shadow effect.



  1. Card front: Place the card fold at the top. Cover the card with Christmas Sweets green paper. Ink edges of 5 3/4"x4 1/4" Christmas Sweets candy cane tile paper and mat with red cardstock, leaving 1/8" border. Glue to the card center.
  2. Ink edges of 1 1/2"x5" Christmas Sweets striped paper and mat with green dot paper, leaving 1/8" border. Glue 1" from the card left. Glue length of Christmas Sweets ribbon red rick rack down the border.
  3. Stamp Christmas Cheer greeting with white ink pad. Dry ink with heat gun. Stamp Versamark over the greeting and slightly off set. Emboss white. Trace with 3" wide tag and mat with red cardstock, leaving 1/16" border. Glue to the right side of the card as shown. Knot 3/4" wide red sheet dot ribbon and Zot( to the top of the tag. Assemble Christmas Sweets Papier Tole and foam tape to the card as shown.
  4. Inside: Cover the card with Christmas Sweets red tile paper and glue 6 1/2"x3/4" striped paper 1/4" from bottom. Stamp and emboss Christmas Cheer greeting on the left and assemble Christmas Sweets Papier Tole with and glue to the right.
