Oh What Fun! Card By Debbie Samples
Designer Tip: Use the die-cuts as ornaments on your card
Supplies:
Instructions:
- Card front: Place a blank card with the fold on top. Cover with brown cardstock. Glue a 6"x4" Red Velvet newsprint paper centered. Cut a 1"x4" from Red Velvet red tapestry, tan tapestry, green tapestry, & brown dot papers. Cut a point on the end of each paper. Glue to the card.
- Use cutting dies to cut a star from gold sparkles, a deer from brown tapestry, a present from red word paper, and a stocking from green papers. Cut the shadow die-cuts as follows: Star and Present from brown cardstock, and the Stocking from red cardstock. Glue the matching shapes together. Place the deer on red cardstock, and cut loosely around leaving a 1/8" border. Glue the shapes to the papers as shown. Zot bows and hanging strings at the top of each shape. Place Gold Thin Line Dazzles as shown.
- Place the "Oh what fun!" Dazzles on a 1 7/8"x3/8" red cardstock. Mat on brown cardstock with 1/16" borders. Foam tape to the bottom.
- Card inside: Cut a 1"x4" Red Velvet green paper. Slant the bottom edge. Glue " from the left. Use the Ornament cutting die to cut a gold sparkles holographic ornament. Cut a red cardstock shadow. Glue together, and glue to the green paper. Zot a bow and hanging string to the top. Cut a 3"x1/2" red cardstock. Slant one end. Place the "Merry Christmas" Dazzles here and glue to the right of the green paper. Place the Gold Thin Line Dazzles under the sentiment.
