Designer Tip: Use the die-cut card’s paper patterns to trace and cut papers for your card, ink the edges and glue in place, as shown. Stamp the #1 layer (base) of each large butterfly onto tan patterned paper in light pink, then the #3 layer (highlights) in dark maroon. Use the butterfly shadow cutting dies to cut out each butterfly and foam tape in place. Use VersaMark™ to stamp the #2 layer (outline) of each large butterfly onto heat resistant acetate, dust with white embossing powder and set with the heat gun. Die cut each butterfly and Zot™ over the layered stamped butterflies, lifting the wings. Stamp and emboss small butterflies onto acetate and cut out around each, then foam tape in place, as shown. Card inside: Use the pigment inks to layer the butterfly on patterned paper, then stamp and emboss the #2 layer on top, for an embossed outline.
