Designer Tip: This cutting die makes a matching box to accommodate 3-D embellishments.



  1. Card front: Fold an 8½”x11” white cardstock in half to make a 8½” 5½” card. Place the card cutting die on the folded edge, making sure the edge of the cutting die with no blade, is on the fold. Run through the machine, folded, to cut the card.
  2. Use the stitched cutting die to cut a blue suede paper. Glue centered on the card front. Cut a 6¼”x4¼” Indigo Lace border paper, with the border on the bottom left corner. Glue centered, on the card front.
  3. Die cut a long swirl border, one leaf stem, a large flower, and the “Happy Birthday” from blue suede paper. Die cut a star flower, one leaf stem, and the birthday banner from white cardstock. Die cut a small flower and the label from Indigo Lace dark blue paper. assemble as shown. Place Dazzles™ as shown.
  4. Card Box: Glue two 8½”x11” Indigo Lace light blue circle paper to two 8 ½”x11” white cardstock. Die Cut two box shapes. Cut the top tabs off of one of the boxes, to use as the bottom of the box. Glue one of the sides together. Then glue the other side. Glue the bottom tabs in. Fold the top tabs to insert into the box. Ink the edges.
  5. Die cut four long swirl die-cuts from blue suede paper. Glue one on each side of the box. Die cut two corner swirl shapes, and glue to the top left and bottom right corners.
